3. Eat more

When the stomach becomes too full your mind tries to sleep without doing anything.
4. Drink less water
Drinking water helps to get rid of the waste that is in our body. Drinking water well can affect your outlook. Even if you get up early in the morning, drinking a glass of water is good for your body. It is a big push to get refreshed every day.
5. Feelings of grief
Depression is one of our most dangerous enemies who reduce our energy. Depression comes when you break up with your lovelies, when you are worrying about the future, when you think about problems at home or at the office. After depression the only thing you want to do is sleep. The best thing to get rid of depression is to engage in some kind of work to forget those problems. Instead of remembering the past, try to fix your mind by watching comedy films, enjoying nature, listening to music, eating what you like etc.
6. Other diseases
If you are not affected by earlier discussed problems, then you may suffer from anemia; a deficiency of oxygen in the blood, can cause a thyroid gland that causes thyroxine hormone deficiency. If you feel that way, it is best to go to a doctor.
